Sophie Kloor | Associate Broker at House Einstein. Sophie is a Boulder local and Denver resident with deep roots in our community. She is passionate about design and functionality, brings high attention to detail to each transaction, keeps things running smoothly, and has an honest and authentic approach to real estate. Ian Steinmo | Associate Broker at House Einstein. After working for more than a decade abroad in international business relations, Ian relocated to his hometown of Boulder in 2017. Through his experience in dynamic markets, he has always believed in attaining a deep understanding of markets and using this analysis to add value for clients. "We recently purchased a condo in Boulder with the help of Realty Unique, a company I found online, through the blog House Einstein. I live out of state and the whole transaction,  from the first visit of the unit to the closing, occurred without my physical presence.
