October 2009 Silver Fern Report [Analysis]

The latest Silver Fern Report was distributed to clients and friends over the weekend. This monthly report shows real estate conditions for Boulder, Boulder Attached Dwellings, Broomfield, Lafayette, Longmont, Louisville, Superior, and Erie. It contains over 50 charts and tables showing key metrics like inventory levels, sales volume, prices, and absorption.
