The Boulder Real Estate Meetup

This Monday, March 2nd at 7pm is the Boulder Real Estate Meetup. Blog readers are invited. Please RSVP.

The Boulder Real Estate Meetup is a great way to learn about the real estate market in Boulder, techniques for buying and selling homes, and various aspects of home ownership. It's a great opportunity to meet other buyers and sellers, learn negotiation tactics and strategies that work, and get answers to your questions.

I'm putting together the podcasts from last month's Meetup. Here's the first - Jessica Hughes from Ambiance Staging on The Staging Advantage (mp3)
Confirmed presentations for March 2nd:

Phil Gage
- Homefront Home Inspection. Phil is one of our most trusted inspectors for his honesty, expertise, and professionalism.

Jeff Anderson - Aqualine Services. Root intrusion is common in Boulder resulting in sewer line clean outs and sometimes costly repair. Jeff's company offers an alternative to full line replacement. After careful research, I even used his service on my own house.

Annie Sweenie - Growing Gardens. A backyard garden just isn't an option for most renters and condo owners. Affordable community garden plots are just one service offered by Boulder's own Growing Gardens.

Two slots remain unconfirmed. Stay tuned.
