Last Call - January Meetup

by Osman Parvez
----
Here's a last call for January's Boulder Real Estate Meetup. It's tonight at 7pm. Click HERE for more information and to sign up.

Presentations will cover a range of real estate topics relevant to Boulder, plus the wildcard. The structure of the meeting will take a page from the Boulder New Technology Meetup; short presentations, open dialogue, and an opportunity to network.

My talk will be on current real estate conditions in Boulder and what you should expect in 2009. As a special bonus, attendees will take home a new analysis showing the breakdown of the market by price range, including for the first time a look at withdrawn or expired listings.

If you're thinking about buying or selling property in Boulder in 2009, withdrawn or expired listings (i.e., seller frustration) is very useful information. You won't find it anywhere else.

Note to clients: I'll send you a copy after the Meetup.
