2Q Luxury Homes Chart

I just noticed that in yesterday's post, I mistakenly showed the 1st quarter chart for the Silver Fern Luxury Index. Below is the second quarter's chart. Sales volume increased to 18 homes, 50% more than 1Q08 but down 18% from the year earlier period.
