Longmont Sales Analysis

Here's the latest sales analysis for the Longmont Real Estate Market, updated through March 2006.

The charts below cover Sales Volume, Median Sale Price, Inventory, Average Days to Contract, and the Sales to Inventory rate for residential real estate in Longmont, Colorado (excluding attached dwellings).

It looks like inventory levels are running higher than the same period over the previous two years, but Longmont also saw a substantial sales spike in March. The market could be feeling the increased level of distressed properties in certain suburbs of Denver, a situation that may affect sales in Longmont as we move into the summer season.
