Boulder's March 06 Inventory

Ahh, BARA published their dataset today and I can now update the inventory charts to round off the analysis. Be sure to check my previous several posts for the rest of the charts of Boulder's residential market in the 1st Quarter of 2006.

The following charts are for homes (no attached dwellings). Here we go..



As I've mentioned previously, BARA has their own way of calculating real estate data and their sales volume is slightly different from my year over year comparison.
