Boulder Home Sales Analysis: 1Q06

Here's the continuing analysis of Boulder Home Sales for March, 2006.

Sales of residential homes in March cooled from the previous year with about 80 sales (compared to over 100 in '05). Meanwhile Days on Market (DOM), Sale Price, Discount from Asking Price, and $/SQFT continue to indicate a healthy market. Note: Discount from Asking Price is calculated from the last asking price and doesn't take into account price reductions.
