Boulder Transit Village Update

A few days ago we met with a member of the Boulder Planning Board who told us that the Transit Village Area Plan is likely to be scaled down from 450 acres to ~80 acres. Too many changes, too quickly was the board member's sentiment.

80 acres represents a massive 82% reduction in the footprint of the Transit Village Area Plan. Apparently, the impact of fiddling with the zoning of an industrial part of town that rapidly growing companies like Array Biopharma call home just hadn't been fully considered.

Although the process has been moving along for some time, it's not too late to get involved. Public comment and participation are invited at upcoming council/board meeting where Transit Village will be discussed:

Thursday, March 23 at 6 p.m.,

City Council:
